The last lawn cutting of the season will be Thursday November 21st. Please leave your gate open one last time on Thursday if you would like the backyard cut.

It is the homeowners responsibility to rake and clean up leaves on your property so Pine Hill Borough can pick them up. Please pile on the curb by December 9th so they can be removed.

solicitors knocking on your door?
Village of Little Mill has a No Solicitation Rule, however that doesn't always stop the knocking. Management will send a letter to any company reported to them letting them know but you can also register with Pine Hill as well so you can report to them as well if they continue.
pick up after your dog
There has been an over abundance of dog feces throughout the community, it is UNSAFE & just disgusting. If you see anyone not picking up, you can report them anonymous to management below. Also all dogs MUST be on leashes as per Pine Hill Borough
